Another creation of Wheels-off Web Design

The Off-Road Motorcycling Web Ring was established as a way to promote web sites devoted to, you guessed it, off-road motorcycling.  The term off-road spans a wide variety of motorcycle sport, including, but not limited to, desert racing, cross-country, enduro, hare scrambles, trials, and just plain trail riding.  This ring does not accept pages devoted to motocross, supercross, or freestyle jumping.  Nothing against those fine pursuits, but there are several web rings devoted to them already.  So, if you have a web site devoted to off-road motorcycling in any of its' forms, follow the instructions below and join the ring today.

Go To:

List of Sites

How to join the ring:

1.  Fill out the FORM to register your Site and Write Down the SITE ID Number you are assigned.  This will put your page in the Off-Road Motorcycling Web Ring queue, where it will remain until you are added to the ring.  This does not insert you in the ring; the actual insertion is done later.

Please choose a password. (Don't forget it!!)
Keywords: Enter up to 20 keywords to describe your site.
Description: Enter a short description of your site.

Your Password allows you to later EDIT your site attributes.  Please do not forget it!  If you have any problems, e-mail the Ringmaster

2.  Cut and paste the HTML fragment that is being e-mailed to you into the page you want the web ring to appear.  You will need to enter your ring ID number after each instance of "id=".  You will also need to enter your name and e-mail address in the appropriate spot.

Below is an example of what the ring will look like on your page. You may edit the colors, fonts, and table configuration to match your page, but do not edit the hyperlinks (with the exception of your e-mail address and inserting your id #). Feel free to use the image below (by right-clicking and saving to your hard drive), or substitute your own.  If you substitute your own image and use the table configuration below, the image must be the same dimensions as the image below (300 pixels x 148 pixels).

3.  Upload your modified page to your server.

4.  E-mail the ringmaster and ask to be added to the web ring.

5.  Your page will be reviewed to make sure the Off-Road Motorcycling Web Ring HTML fragment is on your page.  You will not be added to the Ring unless you add the HTML fragment to your site.

6.  After your page is reviewed for correctness, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your page has been added.

7.  If you need any assistance adding the HTML fragment to your page, I will be more than happy to assist.  E-mail me at patbur@airmail.net.

8.  That's all there is to it.  Enjoy!

Here is the HTML fragment you will need to add to your page (you will need to change the items in red):
